Payment
Philbert accepts payment by credit card / VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and MobilePay. The payment is deducted from your account when the order is shipped
Philbert encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Delivery
Philbert aims to ship orders received before 12.00 on the same day. Orders received after 12.00 can be sent the following day. Delivery time: Denmark 1-2 days | Europe 3-5 days | Rest of the world 5-10 days.
Philbert delivers via GLS or Post Danmark. However, timely delivery requires that GLS and Post Danmark do not experience delays. Philbert cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS and Post Danmark. In the event of a very late (several days) or no delivery at all, Philbert will of course arrange a new delivery free of charge.
Exchange
If the product does not fit or the color is not as desired, we will of course exchange it with a smile. Send an email to info@philbert.design with information about the order number and what the product is to be exchanged for.
Guarantee
Philbert provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Norwegian Purchase Act, which covers manufacturing and material defects discovered during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover faults or damage directly or indirectly caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about errors and defects that should be discovered during normal examination of the goods must be notified to Philbert within a reasonable time. The item can be returned for repair, exchange or (by agreement) possibly credit. In connection with complaints, Philbert bears return costs to a reasonable extent.

Remember to state the order number when enquiring.
Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or by personally delivering the goods to our office in Svendborg (Kullinggade 31 C). It's always a good idea to call or email first. It is not a requirement, but the expedition will be facilitated if sufficient information is included with the package - e.g. copy of order confirmation and copies of any previous correspondence etc.
Refund
In the case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will be made. The repayment is usually made by transferring the money back to your credit card.
Right of return
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for goods from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. Once the item has been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You bear the costs of return yourself.
Appeal options
A complaint regarding a product or a service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you can submit your complaint via the EU Commission's online complaint platform.
