Payment
Philbert accept payment by credit / VISA, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. Payment will be debited to your account once it is shipped.
Philbert encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons can not read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Delivery
Philbert pursues to send out orders received before 12:00 noon, on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon may be sent the following day.
Philbert provide delivery via GLS or Post Denmark. Timely delivery requires however that the GLS and Post Denmark have no delays. Philbert can not be held responsible for delays in GLS and Post Denmark. In cases of very late (several days) or outright defaulted delivery, PHILBERT will obviously arrange for a new delivery without charge.
Exchanges
If the product does not fit or the color is not as desired, we will of course exchange it with a smile. Send as a mail to info@philbert.design stating the order number and what the exchange should be.
Warranty
Philbert provides 2 years warranty under the Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects which should be detected by normal examination of the goods must be notified PHILBERT within a reasonable time. The product can be returned for repair, replacement or (by appointment if necessary. credit). In connection with complaints PHILBERT return costs reasonable.

Note that we do not receive packages sent by fax. COD. Returns can also happen by refusing to receive or deliver the goods personally with us at our office in Svendborg (Kullinggade 31 C), it is always a good idea to call or email first. It is not a requirement, but the expedition will be enhanced if adequate information resulting package – eg copy of order confirmation and copies of any. prior correspondence, etc.
Reimbursement
In case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid products as canceled before shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Repayment is usually always by money being brought back to your credit card.
Return
There are 14 day return policy on goods from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition as you received it. When merchandise is received and approved, the purchase price refunded to your account within a few days. Cost for the return, you must bear.
